Terms - 2 NIGHT MINIMUM STAY. All room fees are subject to a 8% Montana Lodging Tax. Room fees are based on double occupancy. Additional guests will be charged an additional $20 per person, per night. All room fees are subject to change without notice. Any discounts or special rates will be applied at checkout. Payments are due and payable upon check-in. We accept Cash, American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover
Reservations - All reservations require a valid major credit card number. Reservation balance is due and payable upon arrival.
Cancellations - We follow a strict cancellation policy here at Bitterroot River Ranch. We urge you to read it carefully before you book any reservation.
90% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 90 days before arrival or earlier. 50% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 30 days before arrival or earlier. 0% refundable if cancelled after.
